A fund has been set up by my uncle Jim Walker and his friend Jon Hall in conjunction with a very reputable and good friend of the family's, Hiroshi Tsujio, in Japan.  The only administrative fee involves the cost of wiring the money over there, and otherwise, all the money will go to the people who need it, all the money will be accounted for, and they will let us know how it was used.  They have said of the people affected that "Life as they once knew it has completely disappeared, and it will be years before their lives return to normal."  So many people have lost everything, and I feel the little extra for the signed pre-order of my book is the best way I can possibly help.  Any and all contributions to the cause are welcome!
